Then please call me back for a follow-up consult at $1/minute to receive answers to your questions. No appointment is necessary. The best times to reach me are mornings and evenings Pacific time, including weekends.

Issues surrounding chronic or recurrent candidiasis are too complicated to handle by e-mail. Furthermore, due to the large volume of inquiries I receive, I cannot afford to reply to them without compensation for my time and expertise.
